Space Request Form

To request a space for a meeting or event, please complete the form below in its entirety. Before submitting your request, we encourage you to review our parish calendar as a helpful overview of what may already be planned. Please note the following scheduling guidelines:

We do not schedule meetings when the parish office is closed or during Holy Week.
When School is in session, St. Michael and St. Gabriel campuses restrict public availability.
Events must be scheduled at least one week in advance, otherwise requests may not be honored.
If a youth program shares a hallway or restroom with an adult program not in compliance with SafeParish, the two activities are not permitted to run at the same time in adjacent spaces.

After completing the form, if you do not click Submit, your request will not be received. All completed forms are submitted for review. Once your request has been processed, a confirmation email will be sent. If you do not receive confirmation within 2-3 business days, please contact [email protected]. While we will make every effort to honor requests, adjustments may be necessary due to space and availability.
