To request a space for a meeting or event, please complete the form below in its entirety. Before submitting your request, we encourage you to review our parish calendar to see what events may already be scheduled. Please note that some meetings and events are considered private and will not appear on the public calendar; however, the calendar can still provide a helpful overview of what may already be planned.
Please note the following scheduling guidelines:

• We do not schedule meetings when the parish office is closed or during Holy Week.
• Events must be scheduled at least one week in advance. Last-minute requests may not be honored.
• Facility rentals require contacting the parish office at least one month prior to the event. Rentals are available only to parishioners who have been registered for at least one year and are permitted only for certain types of events.

All completed forms are submitted to the Calendar Manager for review and scheduling. Failure to submit a Space Request Form will result in no meeting space being reserved. After completing the form, please scroll to the bottom and click “Submit.” If you do not click Submit, your request will not be received.
Once your request has been processed and scheduled, a confirmation email will be sent. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact [email protected]. While we will make every effort to honor your request as submitted, adjustments may be necessary due to space availability.
