SM Space Cleaning

Please review and complete this checklist before leaving your meeting space. These steps help keep our rooms clean, welcoming, and ready for the next group. Once finished, click submit to confirm the room has been returned to its original condition.

• Report any issues or emergencies to Maintenance Supervisor, Joe Gifford at (513) 602-6648.
• DO NOT prop open any doors.
• Cleaning supplies are located in the cafeteria in the corner, on or near the cleaning cart.
• Failure to follow these rules will result in loss of room privileges
