To request a space for a meeting, please fill out this form completely. We do not schedule meetings when the office is closed or during Holy Week.

    The completed form will be submitted to the St. Michael Receptionist. Failure to submit a Space Request will result in NO meeting space. Once you've completed the form in its entirety, please scroll to the bottom and click on 'Submit'. If you do not click on 'Submit', your registration will not go through. 

    A confirmation e-mail will be sent when the event is booked. Contact the parish office if you do not receive an email. We will make every effort to honor your request as sent, but due to limited spaces your requests may be altered.
