Exposition is when the Blessed Sacrament is placed in a monstrance and displayed on the altar for prayer and worship. Adoration is the time spent praying before Jesus truly present in the Eucharist during Exposition. Benediction is a special blessing given at the conclusion of Adoration using the Blessed Sacrament. The Rosary is a prayer centered on the life of Jesus Christ and the intercession of the Blessed Virgin Mary. Through repeated prayers and meditation on important moments in the lives of Jesus and Mary, the Rosary invites us into deeper reflection, peace, and relationship with God.
